What a wonderful Christmas we had! I was so surprised that two families (Which we had no idea who they were) would give us so much stuff. I was so shocked at the things they got me when I opened them up! I thought I was going to cry. Because earlier this year my mom was without a job and I new that there wouldn't be as much presents as before. I'm seriously not joking. It's like Jesus went shopping for us. He must really love us very much! I thought earlier this year that God just absolutely hated me. I'm serious. So I just kept hatred in my heart for months. My family would try and try to help me not be so worried. But I just wouldn't believe it. Did that solve the problem? NO, of course not! But later this week I decided to let it go. I feel so much better now. So anyways I'm so thankful that God gave me a wonderful Christmas this year! Kayli got a ton of horse stuff she always wanted from one of the first families. Like cowgirl boots, Horse watch, Horse puzzle........I can't even name them all down. I loved seeing the look on her face when she opened every single present. I can't believe that Zoe got a camera from a total stranger!!! WOW!!! She was seriously shocked.
I got two pairs of doll clothes from total strangers! They were adorable...absolutely adorable! I got everything I was hoping for and wanted for Christmas. Thank you God for loving and taking care of us this Christmas!

Opening stockings on Christmas Eve
Every year on Christmas Eve we open up our stockings. So my mom tortured all of us and said," You will have to wait''. Oh she is so stubborn. So when it's time to open our stockings my mom said to pick one at a time. We got a lot of special treats. Gum, toys, and candy. Sugary things which are always the best! Don't you think?
Spending Time with our Adopted Grandparents
Last week we went to our adopted grandparents house to spend an early Christmas with them. We ate dinner with them. We all had Papa Murphy's pizza. Canadian Bacon and Pineapple, and also Chicago style pizza. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!! Then after we ate dinner we opened up presents. We each got a card with a picture of a butterfly. Mr Rick is a photographer and he took close up pictures of beautiful butterflies. My butterfly is called a Juliet. Then inside the card was a $20 bill!
The Nutcracker
Last week we went to the Nutcracker. The dancers were beautiful! But I have to say that the men's tights were absolutely way to tight! I mean you could tell that they had big muscles, but you don't have to show so much detail! You couldn't even tell if they had any underwear or not! But the girls were absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't even believe that the little kids were dancing like....professionals! Anyways it was great! Here is my friend Clarissa and I waiting for the play to start.

Gingerbread Houses
On Monday we went to our library. My mother signed us all up to make Gingerbread houses. We also went last year with our friends, the Olson's. We all had so much fun. In this picture I was really tempted to taste that sweet, flavorful candy in my mouth, soaking in it's flavor. Just writing about it makes me hungry. And I did NOT nibble on any candy.......well.......sort of....at least I.......OH I admit it. I did eat a couple! We had fun and my house is now already half eaten.
It's pretty simple to make one. All you need is to tape two little milk cartons together on a small piece of cardboard. You use frosting to glue the graham crackers on the milk cartons. Then you use frosting to glue on the candy to the graham crackers. Joyfully,
Victoria
