4th of July 2013

So for the 4th of July we drove down to Alexandria for the day. They had a few activities throughout the day (minute to win it, lets make a deal, wolf trivia game). But on our way there we had to stop at caribou and get a turtle mocha, at least for me anyway... :)

The fireworks and activities were at this resort (fancy smancy). But are you in the mood for a funny story? Ok, well the first game we played was minute to win it. Kayli had to do an m&m challenge, she had a lot of fun. Well Zoe whispers over to me and said "Tori, if I get picked for junk in the trunk you can go up there for me." Immediately I was like NO WAY. But being the kind and LOVING sister I am I decided I would for her IF she was picked. And yes of course she was picked for that game. And YES I went up there and shook my butt in front of 50 people. But later on she got pooped on by a bird so then I felt much better. Memories....gotta love them. XD

They arrived, 20 minutes worth of fireworks. They said the spent $1,500 on them. WOW! I am so glad that God let me live in the land of the free. Thank you to all the people who gave their lives for America's freedom so that we could live in the land of the free.
